I'm a armature artist, I've been drawing and creating things since I was a small child, and a year ago I have been really getting into creating art on my computer I'm still learning how to use different photo editing software to create art, and I was just wondering if there's another good forum site out there devoted to topics about art? by hand and by computer? thanks I'd appreciated it.
