Gain 3 inches height in 2 months!

Wow i cant believe it myself, By doing yoga and stretching exercises, your height will increase dramatically. Even Adults can gain height by doing stretching exercises. Instead of taking expensive supplements all you have to do is set a side some time each day to gain that increase in height you're looking for. I am 5'5 tall, i checked my height 2 days ago and Im now 5'6 and half! wow for just a month of stretching I gain 1 and half height, But i want that 3 inches. LOL

Although one cannot predict that at how much time you can increase your height but it is surely possible that you can increase couple of inches more even after the age of 18.. I don't quite believe this.... unless someone has a pituitary gland problem or painful surgeries that involve breaking and resetting bones, I really haven't heard of any adult growing any taller... Your height can vary a little bit from day to day, depending on the time of day, and things like posture will play a factor...

You sure can increase your height by stretching, but it's only likely to happen if you're under 25.

even adult can gain height by stretchings because it lengthen your spinal column and it improve your posture therefore you gain height an inch or 2.

I wonder how an adult can put on height by doing simple stretching exercises. Anyway i will be greatful if u can shw me the way to increase height. The link given below is not working.

I think it's more about carrying yourself properly and posture rather than simply 'growing taller' . Yoga nad srtetching can pull you straight thus improve your posture. If you don't stand properly them you are going to appear a little shorter and slouchy, but if you stand up straight, sucking your tummy in and working on your core then you will be a little taller.

Wow, that's good. I've been thinking about trying out those exercises. I only lift weights sometimes, but I doubt that'll increase my height. I've been watching some really good videos on Youtube which guides you through the exercises. Im really liking that. I truly believe that you can increase your height by streching at least 20 minutes a day.

hipaleface I think perhaps the thing is people will slouch and thus thyh get measured at thus and thus yet if this person is remeasured and stand up straight like he or she should he will be an inch or even two taller. there is no way an adult who has got all of his or her growth could possibly be stretched any taller than he or she is to begin with. this is impossible ,I am going to snopes on this myth.
