after watching the "Hachiko: A Dog's story" movie, i now felt of having a dog in the house, preferably Akita's. but, i never thought that Akita's are very rare and expensive, now that i know about this, starting now, i'll save money to buy one, my wishlist has been added XD, much better if i find one at the street haha lolz. Akita's have nice body, a real and beautiful pet, but, can you tell me or just tell me a little preview on how to take good care of this one? like, what do they eat, how to do their maintenance and many more, i really am obsessed with this breed. have a nice day everyone :)

I watched the first part.I am already crying, even if I hadn't gotten to the fully dramatic denouement.I love big dogs.akita is a big dog.I am worried because I watched that akitas are kind of territorial and prefers a household with no other or few pets.I love dogs, and I plan to get a LOT of big dog breeds.I am worried that they might get territorial and start fighting off each other.still,I love akitas.

Yes i really love that movie. Akita's are very loyal to their masters. I guess that explains the commitment they showed in the movie and its a true story. I wish i could own one in the future. Its a big dog indeed, with a big heart too =)
