Well, is there anyone sure about withdrawing money from paypal without updating PAN in paypal account, atleast can i withdraw atleast a ransom of 30 or 20$ is there is any restriction still, if anyone have still done withdrawal without updating PAN number kindly write your post.as we all still have that confusion, i heard only business people have to submit PAN number for huge withdrawls.

i did notice that, paypal needs a pancard number to open a new account. But it is easy to get a Pancard # from the income-tax office or some banks do it. You will get it a fortnight. It is possible through Westeren union money transfer

Its better to contact directly to paypal help section. They can give you a satisfactory answer. I think if they have made PAN card compulsory they may not allow you to transfer your money from paypal to bank account
