New myLotter asking about increasing earnings...just not making much yet...

Good afternoon~
I'm a new myLotter. I just joined Sunday or Monday. I thought I'd ask you all about increasing my earnings. So far, I've only made $1.08! That's all. I enjoy myLot. I'm learning to use this to learn things from other people who have similar interests and work situations, etc. So, I enjoy it. But I'd like to see if I could increase my earnings some. If I only make $1.08 in about five days, I'll never make anything....... Maybe in two or three months, I'll earn enough to have a ten dollar payment! LOL!
I enjoy myLot but don't want to spend an excessive amount of time here. If you have any tips for me, I'd really appreciate it. How long does it take you all to earn about ten dollars? Do your earnings increase with time? Do you earn more the longer you've been on myLot? Or does it generally take the same amount of time to make money regardless of how long you've been on here?

artsyfartsygal, the best way to be successful here is to read and absorb what is written in the Frequently Asked Questions, the discussion and photo guidelines, and the Terms of Use. In fact, one of the questions listed in the Frequently Asked Questions is "How do I increase my earnings?"

I try to follow the rules. But it seems like it takes a long time to earn on here. I'm glad I'm earning something; but it seems soooo slow.

I have $1.39 so far. I wonder why you don't have that much. That seems odd to me. Do you start discussions more or respond to them? I tend to start more than I respond to. I wonder if that makes a difference.

P.S. I've noticed that my number changes from time to time; but it doesn't change every time I write something. I have no clue as to when or how it changes. It just seems to increase when I have more activity; but it doesn't increase every time I post something. Do you know how the numbers increase?

Thanks, jd107nette! Your number is high, so it seems like you've been on here for a while. How long have you been on here? Are your friends/family members usually willing to join when you ask them? How long does it usually take for you to earn ten dollars?

thank you, jd107nette! nice that you've had some nice conversations here. i've also found it helpful at times, just to be able to ask questions about various, random questions i have day in and day out. so very sorry to hear about your Dad. but am glad to hear you are finding some comfort, too.
thanks you also, magtibaygom. i don't have any referrals as of yet. i'm not sure of who would want to do this. i asked one of my sisters, but it seemed like she wasn't ready to do anything like this. we'll have to see. do you kind of earn on your referrals' participation, then? sounds like it.

ther are alot of ways to earn money online. i make money online playing mmorpg games. one of the games that i play is second life. you can download the free game at the website secondlife. i am sure you will have alot of fun playing this game and earning from it. i make about $8.00 every day playing this game. there are many people from all over the world that play this game. it is a legit game. best of luck with earning.

I think that, If You want to earn in mylot you need to invest much time on it. It's because you make discussions and replying to posts a lot more. I think that that is the only way. You may get referrals just to increase your earnings here. I don't think that it's easy to find referrals on mylot. Some just join to have some fun.

I've been here for a month now...
Some have been here for over 4 years. They are much much longer than me. I haven't tried cash out or receiving my money yet. I haven't reach payout but definitely this month I know I can reach it because I already have $9 dollars on my account. I hope that you could think of someways of earning money..

Hi, yresh~ Thanks for your reply! Seems like you've been on here a long time (by looking at your number of 858). How long does it usually take for you to make ten dollars here? Do you feel like this has been a good use of your time? Do you make more money as time goes on, or are your earnings usually about the same?
