I was definitely sleeping since I hit the sack at about 3:15am. I'm always amazed at what others are doing at different times of the night. Taking a shower with your dog would never had come to my mind as to what someone would be doing at 4 in the morning. What time did you go to bed or did you?

I went to bed at eleven but was awake by one. I am not a good sleeper as u can tell. I'm liable to be doing anything at any hour of the night. Oh wel, i have a clean dog, lol.

We used to get up at 2:00 am and do the USA Today paper route and fill the machines. It always amazed me at what we would see people doing at 4 or so in the morning, which is about when we would be back in our town from getting the papers. People would be out with their dogs, or just waiting for that paper to fly so they could read it. I do not think any activity at that hour surprises me any more.

Cayce sits down like an ol' mule when she knows i'm fixing to put her in the showe.lol. It's the only way i have to give her a bath. Do u not drive, Bon/. i WOULD HAVE A HARD TIME HAVING TO DEPEND ON ANYONE TAKING PLACES. GUESS I'M WAY TOO INDEPENDENT.That can be a good thing & a bad thing.

i used to drive all the time 4yrs ago when i was working. then i had a couple of episodes where i got dizzy and almost didnt make it home. i was really sick with different things. its like my body started falling apart all of a sudden. then my daughter came and took me to florida to help me through it all. i really got afraid to drive and now i just cant shake it. even tho i did drive a couple times in florida when i got better. but when i left, my daughter just really depended on my car and i signed it over since she had always taken me every where i wanted to go and they said here i wouldnt need it as they would take me. but sadly it dont always work out that way. then my sons here always say i talk like my youngest daughter walks on water..lol. well, i tell them its things like that is why. yesterday, i told her what they said when i talked with her on phone. she laughed and said, next time ask them if they want her to show them how! thats just how she is..my youngest girl.

At 4 am I would have been asleep for nearly an hour.
I stayed up to watch an interesting movie on TV.

I don't remember what I dreamt about. But I was able to get up on time to go to the policing centre to do my volunteering stint.
(Had a nap when I got home. Don't know what I dreamt about then, either.)

hi Antique,
I was sound asleep in my cozy little bed at that hour. I have had those kind of nites tho where I'm up at some weird hour doing stuff that no one on a normal schedule would be doing. Usually I am up until really late like 2am and go to bed and up again by 6:30 -7am. I don't get a lot of sleep which may be why I'm so spacy rather than my blonde hair. don't know. I've seen the sun come up many times. It's beautiful. Well, hope you and your dog get a better nite's rest tonite.

Well, since I do not have a dog, that is a pretty sure bet. It got cold here all of the sudden, so I was just snuggled down in my bed keeping warm and sleeping at four a.m. So did the nice shower help you and your dog sleep better? I like to go take a good shower and then dry off and I sleep so well. I find it really relaxes me completely.

Ironically, at 4am this morning I was curled up in my chair reading a book. The dreaded insomnia struck again so I gave up trying to sleep.

Your dog must be shocked to be given a shower at that hour! My sleeping hours have changed drastically and sleeping at wee hours of the morning is a normal thing for me. Mylot accompanies me throughout the night otherwise I read novels just to get my eyes tired.

Tanks for responding & happy sunday to u,Zandi. Good thing my dog can't tell time, lol. I had alot rather been sleeping myself but there are times that i don't do well w/sleeping, too many times i'm afraid. Mylot is a good thing in many ways for both of us, i think.

I was still sleeping very soundly at that early hour. And you were giving your dog a shower! He must be feeling too cold for that early shower I don't think I will ever think of showering my dog at 4 am.That is the last job I'd do at that early hour. I also do wake up that early sometimes but I just stay in the living room and enjoy my quiet solitude.

At 4 a.m., I was sleeping soundly. However, I found out later that, in part of the city, there was a terrible windstorm that blew down trees, but I knew nothing about it.

Well, that's crazy! I think it would be the last thing for me to do at 4 am in the morning. Of course I was sleeping and enjoying it. I think if I wouldn't have been sleeping, I would be doing something else that is more passive, like watching TV or having breakfast.

And I thought I was crazy!!! Your dog has a lot of patience, Jo. I had NEVER heard of someone bather the dog at that hour. Maybe you should send it fot a Guiness Book of Records!
At that time I was asleep. Last night, my favorite cousin came for dinner. I bought something and made a nice salad and a dessert because I wasn´t up to cooking a whole meal. He went about 1 AM and I went to bed immediatly. Last night I was very tired as it was my first outing to the doctor. I couldn´t drive and I did not want to pay for a taxi all the way so I did it partly in the metro. It was exausting!
Today, after my therapist went home, I went to see TV for a second. I slept 2 hours.I just woke up to find the daylight had gone.

WELL, that dog can't tell time, lol. She's use to all my craziness. She follows me most every step i take. She does balk like an old mule when it comes to getting in the shower no matter what time it is. I get so aggravated at myself / I can sleep in my recliner when i want to watch tv & can't sleep in the bed. ^%$##*!, go figure. I would blame it on old age but have never been a good sleeper.

At 4am I was sleeping. I did wake up at 5am, but you were probably done by then. At least I hope you were. It is about time for Sherlock to have a bath, but I need to wait for a warmer day. Yesterday would have been good. It was 70 degrees yesterday and sunny. Today it is snowing and we are supposed to get several more inches before it is all over.

My 10 month old daughter decided to wake up and play. I put her in bed with us and she decided to pick on daddy. She stayed there till daddy got annoyed lol. Then I tried to rock her back to sleep but it took a long time. Needless to say, I am really tired today.

As most here I was sleep too. Once I hit the pillow, I'm out like a light until the alarm clock goes off. Then I'm still hitting snooze. Glad the days are here when my kids sleep through the night.
