Having trouble posting photos.

Over the last week, I've tried on numerous occasions to post my first photo. I pull up the photo from my HD. I add info on all the lines, then I hit the button that says to upload. My cursor turns to an hour glass. The little wheel in my internet bar starts to turn, & turn, & turn. Then I finally get an error page that says the MyLot page I'm trying to access isn't available or has moved. Am I doing something wrong or is MyLot on vacation? Anyone know? Also, after I've posted a photo to my "profile", how do I post photos to the responses? I don't see any instructions anywhere.... Ah, the PIA newbie strikes again.
