I'm Curious - How Many of You Have Tried PPC?

Out of curiosity, I thought I'd ask this question. "How many of you have tried to run pay-per-click advertisements through the google adwords program and what are your results?" True, PPC is one of the fastest ways to drive traffic to an offer or a website but it is also one of the fastest ways to lose money if you're not doing it right. So, that said, how many of you have tried and what results have you yielded thus far? Anyone wants to share?
