what you will do if you take 2 hours to get ready to go to a very important meeting and your family member get sick,or some emergency comes!what will you do?the family member can even manage very easily by himself but wants that you should be there and helds u up emotionally may be your husband?

It would depend upon the severity of the emergency. It would also depend on whether the family member had support from someone and didn't have to manage on their own.

I think you mean that the family member is needing, not so much your physical presence, but your emotional support. That is an important factor. I would probably consider that as very important. If my husband or children just wanted me there for comfort, I would probably go.

i would cancel my meeting and go to the emergency room with my family member. it would be my top priority. it would give them support.
