80's fancy dress ideas

You could look in old vintage shops or charity/thrift shops they are always packed with old 80s styled clothes. You could also have a look on ebay and see if you could get any ideas from there. You could crimp your hair and add lots of hair spray. Wear ra ra style skirts in bright/neon colours, leggings or light bleach denim jeans. If I was going to an 80s party I would dress up as someone from a hair/glam rock band with the make up, big hair and spandex that would be fun. You could also do a Madonna theme with the lace and wavy hair. Or you could dress up as a character from an 80s movie/tv show or cartoon. I wish I was going to an 80's party :) Have fun and I hope I helped in some way.

I dunno about a theme. I'd say maybe base it on a favorite movie of the time perhaps. I'm sure there's a bridal shop out there that has some old styled brides maid dresses that would look 80's ish if you look hard enough.
