What does your house smell like?

Chicken and wet dog. Very interesting. I don't really know what the apartment smells like really. I never stopped to really think too much about it. I don't smell anything. Though sometimes people claim it smells like cat pee. And we've done everything but replace the carpet which can't be done until, and if we move out.

There is no certain smell in my home. Well, there is some kind of scent, but it's hard to describe it. It's like a mix of many smells that come from household and together they make up a unique combination. I think I could call it a "smell of my home". It's cozy and heartwarming smell, I feel it when I return home from outside. I like that scent very much.

My house currently doesn't smell like anything right now, other than the kitchen which may smell like oatmeal cause my dad is eating breakfast there. Usually I don't notice any sort of odd smell in my house, but sometimes my house does smell strongly of beef noodle soup if it's the day that my dad makes it. I guess my house can smell a bit musty at times, but probably cause it's just winter and we haven't opened any windows in a long time to let the fresh air in.

well, it smells pretty cool, it smells on lavender, because I have washed the floor couple of hours ago with a floor-washer with lavender flavour! but it usually smells on some plants, on some indoor flowers, because there are a lot of them in the apartment where I live now!

My house is smelling like lasagna that is in the kitchen! *-* Who wants? :P

Yes, you're right, it smells different at diferent times of the day, but it always smell like home. Don't believe me? Go over to your neighbour's in the morning and smell. It will probably smell of toast, coffee and shampoo too, but the smell will be different, and you will not like it. Smell does contribute to your sense of comfort and security. Your house basically smells like your house, and my house smells like my house. Period!

My husband cooked a really yummy pesto dish with pasta last night, and for a long time the apartment smelled like pesto. Then this morning he ground up some fresh new coffee beans and made a pot of coffee. The house smelled like coffee for most of the day. Then he made more pasta with tomato sauce, and now it kinda smells like tomaotes in here. This place always smells great.

Right now my house still smells like onions because we had soft tacos and taco pie for dinner. There were chopped onions sitting in a bowl on the counter for awhile and the smell still lingers.

In the early, it's usually my house will smell of fried mee and coffee, and of course bath shampoo, too. As for the afternoon, it will smell fried chicken and other dishes smell. But, after we had our lunch, i will spray my home with febreeze. So, can said, almost whole day, you will smell febreeze, and shampoo in my house. I tried my best to make my house smell nice, so that it's comfort for my family to stay.

I love for my home to smell good at all times. That is why I like to burn candles. Right at this moment my home is smelling of burning candles and the scent is ocean breeze it smells so good. On the weekends mornings my home smells either like bacon or pancakes. I love the smell of bacon it just makes me so hungry when I smell it. Eggs with bacon and homefries that is the best.

Our house currently smells of tons of mixed perfume since somebody here decided to try out every perfume we have.

My house smells terrible. Its a century year old house so obviously it will not give out a plesant smell. But we try to keep it as clean as possible .

my house smell depending on whats cooking since im just renting then its easy to smell whats im cooking and even if t already cook i can still smell it. thats why i always have spray with me to take off those bad smell. i also dont like to have dogs in my house coz it makes my house smell doggy and i dont like that smell.
