Have any good advice of Loosing Weitht?

In terms of loosing weight, Many girls,painstakingly,eat little. I found these girls are almost out of spirits and looks lack of nutritions. I always do not agree on loosing weight by this way. By contrast, it's better to have a normal daily schedule and do exercises with right amount. However, others intends to not agree with me and hold their ground of eating little. Do you have any better way to loose weight?

my advice is take 3 main meals a day. take breakfast of oat cereals as its full of fibres and its high in energy. either you eat the instant ones or the one you need to cook. i think as we are rushing for time, take the instant quaker oats or nestle cereals with a slice of fruits. this will last you till lunch. drink plain water in between. for lunch take salad with a piece of chicken or fish, try stay clear from fried food. take with plain / herbal tea with little sugar or none at all or water. for dinner, takes a fruit and vegetable salad, some rice or bread and again plain water or non sweetened beverages. you can enjoy a good meal but never over eat and dont munch in betweet meals, for this is where the real culprits are. have a variation of meals and you soon enjoy these delicious simple power packed food. stay away from sweets, pastries, cakes etc. besides this, try to burn your calories by doing exercises even walking up and down stairs help.doing household chores help to speed up body metabolism and burn calories. reduce stress.another point is dont think you are fat. reason. when you keep on harping that you are fat, the subconscious mind says yes you are fat and you will grow fat and put on weight by indirectly eating and lazing around. just tell yourself you are going to have the right weight and you will soon see a new you with the correct weight. talk yourself to the correct weight act in the correct weight direction.you are in control. try this out. the power of the mind works wonders.

Well, i would suggest you to make them join in some classes like swimming, dancing or gymnastics classes. They will enjoy doing them and thats indirectly puts their weight down without their knowledge. Also their appetite will increase, so they cant stop eating!

fantastic tip ! Exercise for the sake of it will not last long . doing something that you love like paying your favorite outdoor sports, dancing is more practical.

Sustained weight loss is not possible just by one activity i.e dieting or exercising alone. here are few hints for people who are serious about weight loss. 1) Exercise for 30 minutes a day, this need not be on a treadmill, regular walks to the market, climbing the stairs instead of elevator can do the trick. 2) sleep well ( 7-71/2 hours a day) 3) Drink water every 1 hour. 4) Reduce refined sugar. ( This is probably the most important step) 5) Gradually change your diet to a healthier one. ( One with more fresh fruits & vegetables & less hydrogenated fat) Any crash diet will fail. It took so many years for our body to accumulate fat, give few months at least to reduce.

I am grateful for your practical advices. It seems that you have deep research on traditional Chinese medical science. I agree that a normal daily schedule will lead to a normal weight and then, a normal shape.

Starving your self and not eating can cause you to get hungry later in the day which can lead to eating BIGGER meals . Its actually better to EAT MORE. But in smaller portions. I have about 4-5 meals a day. Exercising is a great plus. Alot of people try to lose weight with just changing what they eat. Yes thats good. But to get faster and better results YOU MUST exercise. Even if you start off at walking or doing 3 pushups a day. Start with something small. Try to find something to keep you motivated.

To begin with, it depends on how fat the person actually is when he/she decides to loose weight. If the fat is too much, way out of control, then they must follow a very strict diet at least till they loose considerable weight, so that they can start living a normal life. Else, if u do not control your diet and exercise a lot, it will never help. It can even have negative effect on your normal way of life. On the other hand, if you think you are just little bit over-weight, then you need not worry much. excessive diet control is not required in such a case. You must have limited food (controlled diet) and exercise a lot. And you will be back in shape sooner than you think. -bdn317.

It's reasonable to divide this issue by 2 conditions, over-weight a lot or just a little bit. I understand that it's different to deal with the 2 contidions. Thanks a lot!

- Eat right kind of food. - Instead of eating much quantity at one time divide your meals. - Eat lots of complex carbohydrates like oatmeal, apples. - Instead of drinking fruit juices, eat fruits. - drink lots of water.

Srijshm has a sound piece of advice. Add further following suggestion Have King's breakfast : Good heavy food in the morning Queen's Lunch : Light lunch Pauper's Supper : Super light dinner to be taken 1 hour before 9pm Don't eat any thing after 10 PM. Don't forget to have some fruit juice(without too much of refined sugar) whenever you feel like eating something in between. Do have some healthy weight to avoid being coming from severly drought hit areas. Best wishes.

I helped my husband to loose weight within 4 months slowly, he lost 15kg within the 4 months just by eating the food I cooked for him and plus excerise daily as well. He has a full meal it not like that he has to eat less what he used to have. It is the matter of what you eat, and you don't eat it obsessively. Dancing and swimming is the excerises he take within the 4 months period I set for him. And now he is healthy and in good shapes.

Hiya enix, Porridge Oats, cooked porridge oats are much better as they are comforting for the warmth they give and they will digest more easily not only that you will find that even if you are the most hungry person in the World porridge oats will sustain you right through till dinnertime so be careful not to make and eat too much of them. A bit of honey any honey and a drop of milk put on top of them when you have made them will give them a bit more taste. Of course not everyone likes them made that way it is just the way I am used to eating them as I usually eat them when they are nice and warm. They contain a lot of nutrients also and are a great anti acid formula as well.

do cardio exercises everyday like jogging. sometimes it s enough to burn fat. i jogged for like 2hours everyday and the last 5 minutes i always sprinted back home. after only a month others were saying i lost weight. try it.

Hello Enix119. My sister always told me if I wanted to loose weight I should cut off my leg. Its a rude joke, but it was kind of making fun of those magic products that make you loose weight in so little. I agree with you that eating healthy things in schedule hours and doing some exercise is the best way. I also agree that people who barely eat are not so happy. I think the important thing is not how we look but to be healthy. Have a nice day, Libna.

hi, I actually have gained weight after I went through a major surgery in which my thyroid gland were removed. As a result I gained a lot of weight. I am not obese but I certainly ballooned up compared to my previous weight. When you have hypothyroidism gaining weight is one of the things that would happen. So I tried a lot of diet pills that did not work, I could not do so much exercise because I developed a heart condition. I found this pill from korea this is made from herbs and chitosan and i have lost some pounds off. Then I have this portable sauna at home and I do sauna twice a day, in the morning and in the evening and it has really helped me shed off some weight. By the way, the effect of the pill is gradual, I still eat but in normal proportions unlike before I kept eating even if I just ate awhile back (blame it on the thyroid prob). Then you sweat a lot and drink loads of water, so the toxins are flushed out of the body.

depends on the person on what works for them to lose weight. i've lost 12kg in 12 months, or there abouts but have also lost motivation at the moment and still not finding it again which aint good. part of my aim was to fit back in to my old trusty black pants and wrangler jeans i've not worn in about 6/7 yrs. so i started out with walking, changing what i ate and eating less. i also used some excerise equipment, we got of the infomercial channels. i would lost a few kg then pit stop and lose a bit more. i now can fit back in to my wranglers and ride the horse in them comfortably. i know it's a long slow road but they grils should keep going.
