i think most (if not all) anti-virus will be able to delete and clean the virus infected USB drives. i use a free one (AVG Anti Virus) and even this one does the job so far.
the thing about anti-virus programs is, make sure it is updated. dont install the program one year ago and not update it. new viruses are created far more often then they should.
and disabling virus scan and autorun.inf is not going to solve the problem. the virus will stay in your pc and when a new USB drive is used on your pc, the virus will infect it

panda usb antivirus disables the the autorun.inf scirpt file for any pen drive you put automatically...just to have an antivirus is not a solution because an antivirus cannot always detect viruses from pen drive...if you reinstalll your operating system and its free of viruses...then install panda..no virus can ever transmit to pc as panda immediately deletes the script within a split second....while antivirus programmes might detect it late or may not detect it all...furthermore latest trojans camouflage themselves as autorun.inf script file...

I tried avast antivirus. It can automatically remove that kind of virus. Be sure that your antivirus is updated. In case it didnt remove the virus you can manually delele the file autorun.inf. I hope this help you.

i used Autorunvirus remover ...
The application can delete and disable any of autorun.inf in usb ...
But not the virus i think ...
use manual to delete the virus ( in the usb ) ... ( delete manually)
so you'll have an experience from handling a viruz from usb ...
common virus would name blablabla.exe or something that you'll never see
