how to read nihongo?i need help in this!

hello there :),i need some help on reading nihongo because lately i received a lot of manga it was from a friend of my sister that was from japan,i was very happy about it but i can't read it because i dont know how to read kanji,could someone help me?give me sites or anything so that i'll learn it fast??im really determined to do it..

It's pretty easy to learn Katakana and Hiragana. Kanji would take years to learn because there's just so much of them. Even the Japanese themselves take years to learn those. The good news is that in most Japanese mangas, the kanji have hiragana and/or katakana readings beside the Kanji. So, learning those two would be helpful in reading the manga even if you don't know all the Kanji characters yet.
