Where do the rains go?

The sky is really very cloudy,but when the rains are ready to condense,it is just like a sprinkle in our face,but it is still a gift from heaven even if it is just like that.The blessings are small,yet we owed it from God.The right time for raining is coming very near,and I wish it would be just like before,a simple rain,not very heavy rain,that could destroy many crops and also would destroy many properties,even the mighty roads and bridges are destroyed,due to the strong currents of the ravaging floods.I am just asking for a simple rain,just to soothe the heat of the passing warm day.

I love rains, too. However, here in my country, Costa Rica, we are having the same problem, we are having very strong rains resulting in flashfloods. Many families have lost their crops, too.
As you, I would it to be as when I was a kid that I could enjoy the rain without fearing it will cause a disaster, But now it's different, the weather has really changed. But still I thank God cuz if we hadnt rains, it will be worse.

Thank you very much for the response.We have the same climate,I think here in the Philippines the climate have really change,because when I was a kid a long long time ago,I have notice that when the classes in school starts in June,the rains would also fall in those days,so are the summer would also fall during March,but not as hot as today.I am really thanking the Lord that even if it is really hot these days,
We did not have so much calamities as the other places in the world has felt.I know that the real rains could come here to water our field so that our farmers could harvest a bountiful crops.Our mountains are already thirsty of rains to fall,so as our water shades are lacking the necessary waters to supply the people in the country.
