Oh my.. I just hate doing my laundry... We do not have a washing machine too.. actually we have one but it's just crazy.. It spins then it pauses right before spinning again to other way--- so yeah before it spins again, it drains the water instead and oh boy... you actually know how exhausting that is right.. you just keep filling water again which is so annoying.. So yeah there, because of that I had to wash my clothes by hands. With a dry and sore hand afterwards, i also get a aching back and legs from long hours of sitting uncomfortably. My arms get blisters as allergic reactions from the soap.
My fiance though offers a good massage

Im not a mother yet, but i do wash clothes with my bare hands. I have a washing machine but it is, currently, malfunctioned so i use my hands instead. I would have back aches after every laundry. What I do after laundry is, just rest, lie down and watch television, after a while the back ache goes away. If the pain doesn't leave after a day, i'll have my back massaged. Doing something fun (ex. watching tv, playing board games with your kids) when pain comes would help hasten the pain, this help transfer your attention to the more fun and less on the pain.

Yeah I agree with you. Each of us has different ways
in facing the pains after our laundry. That is good for you.
But me I don't want to watch television if I'm tired I just
go to bed and stretch my body and have sleep or nap.
I will be satisfy if I can rest for a while than seeing
shows . It can adds an eye soar for me when I am exhausted
with it.The best for me is sleep and close eyes and dream hehehehe.
