Oh yeah sometimes, i think we all do, it is just natural for us to overreact to things sometmes. Although i must say over the years my temper has gotten alot better. I used to fly off the handle at just about anything. Then i got married and had kids and i have learned to slow down and not take things so seriously, that in the end everything will work!!!

There is no use in getting angru. One has to solve the problem patiently. that is all. What is the fun in getting angry.It will spoil your efficiency and good humor.

I don't get angry very often. You have to be thinking clearly to solve the problem and if you are angry you are confrontational and that won't solve anything. I once had a manager that would get angry about many things and his face would get red and he looked like he might explode and I said he would probably die of a stroke and guess what, he did. So anger is very hard on your health. It hurts yourself more than anyone you are angry with.

I know what you mean about when it's not in your plan. I get anxious and angry when people change plans at the last minute or if they can't make up their minds. I'm pregnant right now so my hormones are whacky, so I have to be careful not to get too angry at people.
