Account suspended in NEobux

Is there anyway to unsuspend an account? My eldest sister and I live in different house and do have different computer. My sister had a problem with the IP address stating that someone already clicked the ad with the same IP. I tried pulling up my account in neobux but the error message didn't show up. Now, I tried opening my account in my computer and its suspended also my sister's account is suspended. Is there a way to contact neobux?

yes, there is a contact form below so you can contact them, but in the last month the ratings there and the activity is really low and I wonder what is happening. hope only that they won't turn scam, because it would be a shame :)

Cant contact them if your try to login to your account. But since I opened a ticket with them before I just replied to that message and that is how I contacted them.

yes, i can- i mean the activity of the rented referrals and the direct ones too! they are really not active at all!

I doubt that they will un - suspend your account. There were several websites pretty much similar to neobux that I signed up with, they suspend my account without giving me a good reason, and I don't think that I done anything wrong with them. Now, these websites are acting up, and trying to not pay its member for some reasons that doesn't sound valid.

Neobux has a good reputation. The terms may have been violated unintentionally. They won't allow double account. I suspected that your account and your sister's may have been deemed as one account. May be your IP are the same. With that matter suspended accounts are irreversible. Neobux pays instantly although really strict with their terms.

Neobux is not a scam. After explaining what happened they did respond and my account is open again.

I don't know if this is a proper reason to give to neobux to unsuspend an account!
But you should contact to the support, they will give you response!

Already contacted neobux about this. and they said if we both agree not to break the terms and agreement they will unsuspend our accounts.

My account in neobux was suspended too, same as the one I did using my bf's email in a different computers. Since I am working with almost 5 computers available to use, I thought why not open my bf's account in one of the computers here. I did use two accounts in one computer but in a interval of 24 hrs as what they said in their site that you can open accounts in one computer provided that they have 24 hrs. interval and so I did but when I open my account another day it said that it was suspended. There is no way to un-suspend the suspended account, you can never get it back. How can you contact neobux if you can't even get in your account. Maybe if you know there email add. then you can appeal and explain your side.

Luckily, I contacted them before with the problem about the IP address. And they did reply with the ticket number so I just replied on that message and now i'm waiting if they will unsuspend the account as they said.

thanks, but that was last year. I cannot access to their site so I can't contact the admin. Anyways, I just make another account with different email add that's what Im using it now.

second. both of you have a computer right? i think you open your account in your sister pc.
finally. Contact the admin of neobux for retrieve your balance there.

Neobux is definitely a great site. I've never had to contact their support but I've heard they're really helpful. I'd go onto their website and try contacting them and explain the situation. They may be willing to help you out and re-open your account!

They said that they will unsuspend the account if we promise not to break the terms and conditions. Which we did promise. Still waiting for the outcome.

I'm not so sure because this situation has never happened to me. I guess you should just make another account.
