Innapropriate Kiss

I find it quite innapropriate for a mother to kiss her children on the mouth if their old enough to speak and such without it being to young. 5, I find, is the absolute oldest for a child to kiss their parents on the mouth. nd when I see a full grown man in his 30s still kiss his mother n the ips, its disturbing to say the least. Do you agree? Or do you still do this?

In our country, except the kid, no one have the habit of kissing their mother.At the maximum, at times of difficulty, to get a console from mother. mother may embrass his son to relieve him from the sufferings. That embarrassment gives ,the son whatever be the age, will give both the mother and the son a lot of relief and peace in them.
In my childhood I experienced that when I sleep on the lap of my mother, it was a very great relief and happiness.

Which county is that?
That makes sense but Id still enjoy a kiss on the cheek and a hug every now and then. I enjoy being in my family members laps, I find it comforting and nice.

I am 34 and still kiss my mother on the lips. Personally I dont see a problem with it. A kiss has many diffrent meanings just like love does. Shute I kiss certain friends of mine on the lips. To me it is a diffrent sign of affection and love towards them. Kissing on the lips to me shouldent be left to just my husband...yes I love Him more than anything but my love for my kids is differnt and so is the kiss I give them...the same for my friends.

Well, I am seventeen now and I still kiss my mother on the lips. I think it doesn't looks inappropriate as when my brother still kisses my mother even at nineteen. What looks inappropriate to me is if my father still kisses me on the lips at this age, it's good that he doesn't do that anymore.

I think that it depends of the culture. Some countries or some places can vary.
In example, here where I live, it's kind of strange.
The people thinks that it's weird.
