Yes of course she is. She is fun and she helps us out a lot too. She sees a problem and she responds or comments on a discussion and corrects it or takes it to the right people to get it fixed.

i guess, mysd, series wants to know if you personally met Alice, as in face to face meeting. it couldn't be a question to all of us if Alice is true but have you seen her personally? maybe series wants to know how does Alice looks line in person.

haven't met her personally, but I think you can get an idea of a person's personality virtually even so...

mmh strange question so i think that the correct answer is i don't know..so i think many people virtually cna be many things and personally confirm this or even be the opposite but to see or understand it we must meet her to say..so i never saw,i think,alice personally...ehhe.so..
