do you always believe in everything the national geographic or discovery would show to viewers... i'm asking this because a lot of their shows contain re enactments....

Hi, series6,
A re-enactment is seldom a fraud. It's done whrn there isn't a representation of the original event available. Discovery and National Geographic are reliable, and would not knowingly broadcast anything they couldn't back up with solid evidence!

A Documentary is boring to watch until they came up with reenactments. It's one way for them to inform the audience without boring them halfway through the presentation. I don't think it's fraud either because the reenactments are verified by real people. there's always someone who verify and explain what is shown in the reenactment or the reenactment only shows what the findings are. besides, nat geo has come a long way and has been operating for a long time already. i'm sure, they are very astringent to what shows the come up with and to make sure that the integrity of their name is always protected.
