Funny terms -'digg' 'stumble', 'buzz'! any more?

I simply don't like these terms digg, stumble buzz and who knows how many more will be added. What do you understand about these terms which are Greek to me!!

They even become part of the lingo and spoken language. What actually irritates me right now is the texting trend. Our language is not english but since some English words are shorter, they mix our language with the english pronouns such as you,(u), or me. For example, "wer na u?" (where are you?....na is a local word). If limited to texting, it's pretty understandable since we do use a lot of text shortcuts but some people are actually doing it verbally or in normal everyday talking. IT 's really irritating.

yeah I havent had any heavy use of the three including twitter. but about twitter ive heard its valuable for internet traffic and blog exposure.

Meh, I don't like them either, but that's because I don't like the sites themselves. I understand people use them because it's a simple verb to describe what they're doing, but I just in general dislike these sites that the general public use these days on the internet. But that's just me.

Its the internets way of trying to be trendy. Whowever created certain websites wanted something catchy, snazzy, that is also moddern slang with old-school slang to attract attention. Which apparently was the case. Another one was "bing".
