Just wondering if there are still Filipinos who would voice out their real feelings about the candidates for presidency. For me, I have thought of this many times and my bet for presidency is final. I will go for Aquino. I think NoyNoy suits the position more than any other candidates and I believe that with the values that have been instilled in them, he will not fail the many Filipinos believing in him. How about you, May I know your bet?

Go for the people that have done something for the country and not for themselves. Gordon have made that seen in Subic and Bayani made good things for MMDA and Marikina. So why don't we put the people that really work to a position where they can make a bigger impact.

that makes two of us here. i don't know why they like other candidates although i found others like teodoro, nicanor perlas amusing in their answers to issues but for gordon he has the experience and has the track record as a leader to save the country. not to mention he has vision on what country should be and how it could rise from it's troubles.

hello reco,
Yeah, right. almost every single Filipino who went on with the ride prefers noynoy aquino, probably i would have been fooled too if there wasn't any debate but thanks to the media who backed noynoy that started the advocacy "ako ang simula" at ANC debates made me realized that GORDON is the most competent from all the candidates.
CHoosing the best candidates first is when HE made his own decision to lead the country and not the people choose him. is he even qualified? have you checked his track record lately? has he concretely answered issues even though it's been repeatedly asked over and over again? a lot of new people are getting drag into this yellow phenomena not realizing the bigger issue here.
Leader with out a track record, it's useless if he's god and people fearing. he should be competent and has experience already in leadership through out the crisis and Gordon has that experience when his city olongapo had the mt. pinatubo and been abandoned by Us army. he pull it together by telling peopel to volunteer and made the place a lot better than before.
Choose gordon instead. at least he's open to the public when it comes to issues.

I have family members in Olongapo, and even they won't vote for Gordon. Why? Because he's arrogant. He didn't "tell" people to volunteer, he forced them. Ever heard of the ever so famous policy in Olongapo? "Kung ayaw mo sa patakaran ko, lumayas ka sa Olongapo!" Whoever gave him the right to drive away people from their own homes? Heck even religion gives us the right to "free will". Not to mention the landslide of graft and corruption issues he has had over the course of his stay at Olongapo from allegedly attempting to murder a priest to several various violations and traces of graft that were never pursued due to his hold in power.
How much do you know your candidate?

Unfortunately, I am still trying to decide on, but I am with you on thinking to support Noynoy if at the time of election I still am undecided. I think for now I have about three candidates that I am trying to know better. I am pretty sure that whatever each of us decides on May 10 we chose it because we believe that they really deserved the position and not just basing on Surveys that make you believe in them.

I'll vote for Gilbert Teodoro, I think among the candidates for Presidency, he qualify the most, cause I doubt Noynoy's capacity to run the country as President, no doubt his parents contributed a lot to the country but it doesn't mean that he'll do the same.

i TOO doubt Noynoy's capacity to run the President, but i too also doubt gibo teodoro's so called galing and talino scheme in terms of running the country. if teodoro can't have a concrete answer on how to prosecute Gloria in her alleged crimes which she successfully evade, then she might get away with it if gibo becomes president.
Mind you, i have been watching debates and his answers about gloria was never clear most specially his answers about his uncle saying not to vote for him. he can't answer all issues and that makes him doubtful for me. he has intellectual answers but lack initiatives even though he's a bit realist too.
