Do you like people presenting flowers to you.

Lot of people present flowers & bouquets to several important leaders , dignatories during their elevation to important posts or at the start of functions or on many occasssions.
I also like somebody presenting flowers to me, but most of the times I look it as a wastage. The flowers are so beautiful and full of life but the moment you gift them to any body, you experience that suddenly the life has been snatched out of them.
what do you think?
Do you like some near or dear one to present flowers to you as a token of love
or
do you like lots of people presenting flowers to you out of courtesy
or
gesture of welcome
or
just performing a formality of welcome.

i love flowers too but like you said, when they wilt, i always think it was such a waste of a lot of money.. but its the thought that counts. being able to give the right flower at the right time really would be remembered for the rest of the recipient's life... ^_^

yes i appreciated it a lot if someone give flowers to me coz it means that they value me as a person. i also feel that im important to them. my bf used to give me flowers with a basket of fruits before and i really miss those days.
