38 States Are Planning To Sue On Obama Care...............

The Contitution says that the Fedral Government can inforce this bill.....glad to see that Obama is going to get a kick in the butt which is what he deserves....This bill Is UNCONTITUNAL.......i HOPE THAT OBAMA, NASTY PELOISE AND HARRY RIED ALL GET WHAT'S COMING TO THEM....
If the Supreme Court Deems it Uncontitutional then they are up the creek without a paddle.....Lets hope that they do what's right........

I don't think the court can find the whole bill unconstitutional. What the states will do is challenge parts of the bill they want overturned. To overturn the whole bill they must get the court to rule that the 10th Amendment - "Powers of the States and People.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
If they overturned the bill on this argument it would be a MAJOR MAJOR change and would effect most of what the Federal Government has done domestically for the past 60 to 70 years. I don't think they will do that but they may over turn part of it weakening the bill. Such a ruling could restrict the Federal Governments ability to force change on the people.
What does look like it has a good chance is the section that requires you to buy Health Insurance or face a fine.

They plan to argue on the 10th amendment and on requiring us to buy something we don't want and forcing the American People to do something they don't want to do.....I also think that the should make Harry Ried and Nasty Peloise and Obama to have a physicalogic evoluation cause all three of them are nuts
