The 1st thing I wouldn't tell the owner is that I couldn't spell! They might want that as the very thing they need from the person that they employ!

1. I dedicate myself to the job
2. I would foresee the problems and try to solve it by taking help from the concerned
3. I ensure that all the concerned would achieve their sales targets on daily basis
4. I ensure that the employees are motivated to deliver the goods.
5. I ensure that periodic meetings will be conducted amongst the staff members to explain the achievements and problems to be solved.
6. I would counter check whether the company is going in the right direction on monthly basis by looking into turnover, profitability statements and take corrective steps to improve further.
