in what mode you use your laptop in battery or power

yes on battery or power. as i know that battery life depends on how many times you charge your battery .so how long and how many time you charge your battery its life decreases.
so i am in habit of using my laptop on power and disable charging and my battery is almost more than ninety percent charged in most cases.
what your ways are.

always fully charge your laptop and use it on batterries till it is completely discharged, do this on a regular basis and the batterry life extends.....

Normally i use power mode also because my pc is really old and so normally battery even on the go haven't now a long life so when i am working on pc at home or office i always choose the power mode!!

for me i always use power specially when i am only home based. I only use my battery when i intend to go out with my laptop with me. I make sure that the battery is detached from the laptop cause leaving it on while using your laptop everyday shortens the life span of your battery. i find this true cause most of my friends who happen to always leave their battery on the laptop had their battery changed already after a year mine is still in good condition and its been three years already.
