Has anyone seen this amazing show? My girlfriend and I received tickets to see it this past Christmas, and we were blown away. I've always loved Broadway shows, but this almost instantly became one of my favorites. Now almost every time we go do errands I pop up "Defying Gravity" from my iPod so we can listen.

I have seen the Houston tour starring Chandra Schwartz and Jackie Burns.
I have to say, I loved it much more than RENT (hey, I still love RENT). For a commericialized piece of art, it actually had a lot of heart. The character relationship are endearing and the songs are heartwarming.
Spoiler alert:
The ending was incredibly beautiful. People complained that is was a wallbanger Deu Ex Machina, but they obviously did not pay attention. It very much builded up to what it was building up to (in subtle manner).
And the ending... they could not escape the irreversibility of fate, but a moment with someone will prove valuable for future and memory.

I love musicals and I really like Wicked. Where do you get tickets? I love 'For Good' from that musical. Try to listen to it and you will also like it.
