Please Help!!!

Hello everyone,
I badly wanted to learn how this thing really works specifically on how to earn. This is my first time in this way of earning. I tried to check study the guidelines of this website but I ended up still having a hard time getting a more detailed information on how can I earn. Like for example, What should I do to start earning? What are the different ways to earn here?
You know what guys, I really wanted to become familiar and good in this line of job. I hope this discussion will make me realize my gritty determination to learn. I believe there are also new people in this blogging job who are helpless and dont know where and how to start. So may this discussion be beneficial not only to me but to the rest of the blogging virgin people.
I need your help!!!

Post discussion, reply to post and do tasks. I think that is the best way. You need to have atleast 4 line response or more to get bigger earnings. You can also you use search engine inmylot and you get rewards. Don't abuse it though. Their are a lot of sites that mylotters recommend.. Read there feedback and know more about the site.

thanks for the input. That's quite interesting....that is exactly what I keep on telling a while ago....there are so many "how to" questions but the answers seems to be so few or hard to find on a detailed information. Can we find something to read here that will explain how to compute for your reward? I mean whenever you contribute something, is there a clear guideline that will teach us to compute and perhaps to know what we can expect. Because the way I feel and see it, I think if we do not know what to expect then we are merely waiting to see what they can give in return or being hopeful that tom you will see they credited you a big amount. I hope everyone sees my point. Of course much that I would love to learn more and be a great contributor in this site but I consider also knowing the 101 of this job an imperative one.

I'm sorry mysdianait but I'm not recruiting any referrals how could I recruit someone who is already here? I just don't want to post a link even when it's useful because I do not want to risk my answer getting deleted and everyone Else's, if you wanna make sure you can ask me for the link. it's nothing but tips that are simplified and summarized. Reading all the faqs there does certainly take so much time. I did not see those tips violating mylot's policy, it's actually based on its guidelines. I'm just trying to be helpful to others who are starting out as I was helped by others in here when I needed help. I don't even own that article how can that profit me in anyway? I could certainly keep all those tips to myself and not bother helping others because I do not profit from it in anyway. Perhaps you can make suggestions that does not sound accusing especially if you are not sure of what it is.

Find discussions that interrest you. (Oh, get some interrests!)
Start discussions you really want to read the answers to.
Email your friends. .. and respond when someone talks to you in email. Even if it's just thank you.
Post your pictures. We'd love to get to know you!
