I just told myself, behave my eating habit, because I already gain a few pounds by eating more and exercise less. Tonight, my mom made so many good food on the table, and was it a test for me? I couldn't resist the temptation, and I just keep on eating again. My stomach is full, and I just can't barely move myself right now. Oh my gosh, I might added a few pounds again if I don't do anything about it. Can you resist yourself from yummy food?

That always seems to be the problem. There is food. Food tastes good. The more we try to resist, the more we want it. Resistance will only increase the need. Therefore, I personally try and resist as little as I can, so I do not be as tempted as much. For the most part, that seems to work for me. I do notice that the times where I make an actual effort to stay away from certain foods, I tend to cave in much, much, quicker and eat those certain foods more often. It is a vicious cycle in many ways.
So what I do is not avoid them. I rather embrace them. If I feel that I can have something, then my desire for it would be a lot less. Perhaps I am strange in that way. I kick up the exercising just enough to counteract it as well. In the end, what we cannot have is what we want the most deep down. Food is the perfect example at that. In the end, food is good.
