I did not, but my sister did! She sold all items she had been keeping in her basement. Name it you have it. Items from A-Z.
She sold boxes of her grandschildrens' clothes and toys, bicycles, her children's old swing, slide, balls, the extra chairs, tables, lamps, stereo, players, and all other thigns you can imagine. There is no limit - people came and bought what they thought they could use. She made some money from it! The rest (unsold), she threw away.

You will be surpised at what people will buy. It is totally true that "one man's trash, is another man's treasure" I have sold things that had no value to me, yet the buyer was so happy to have found the item, it just made there day. You never know what your customers are looking for! I love have a large variety of items to sell, as it helps to attract different people to the sale. I feel that if you are ready to clean out your house/basement/attic, before deciding to throw everything away, if you have some time, why not hold a garage sale? It is always nice to earn a little extra money!

Me, specifically, no I haven't. But growing up, my parents did have some here and there. I think I did sale some things that I owned at them. The first item I ever remember selling was this classic Gameboy game I used to own that was based on Return of the Jedi. I just sold it for $5 I believe.

I never had a garage sale as a child. Only in recent years did I finally hold my first one! It is actually lots of fun for me. I love holding sales as well as going to them!

Yes, definitely! It's a good way of earning money. You can sell all sorts of things - clothes, books, bags, shoes, accessories, and other things at home :)

Exactly! it is surely a wonderful way to earn some extra money. As far as items to sell, the possibilities are endless! And it is always nice to clean out the house of items that are no longer used, and make a little extra money off of it!

Well if you can call it a garage sale lol I put it in ebay! I placed them on low bids because it will surely get a lot of bidders to bid on your items. I sold clothes that did not fit me, shoes, bags, books, you know that sort of stuff.Be sure to place a good description on your items. If there are damages just tell your would be customers so you would not get bad feedbacks. feedbacks matters a lot to ebay buyers.

i've done ebay, and have made a decent amount of money on certain items, but i've lost out on some items as well. haven't done it in a while, but i'm thinking of starting up again!
