Our Biggest Decison (To receive Him or Reject Him)

Jesus has already ‘Paid in full’ the price for your eternal life. However, He leaves the final decision entirely up to you. So what will you do with Jesus Christ? Will you receive Him, or will you reject Him? Jesus gives you this promise: “He that believeth on the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” (John 3:36) I am not really a bible reader, but this little paper containing the above written words of God caught my eye. It’s on my table to days ago when a missionary stop by at my door to give this. This is entitled ‘at You Miss by Being a Christian’ Now I find this worth reading. And I am beginning to ask myself how faithful I am to Him. We are secured already. Jesus had paid in full of our eternal life… What we are going to do now is decide: To receive Him or reject Him. Oh, yes, I want to receive Him fully in my Heart. I don’t want to fall in a bottomless pit and a lake of fire. How about you, Have you done you Biggest Decision in Life?

I think the biggest decision in my life is to surrender my grandpa's life to God. I know that I don't have the power and the capability to prolonged his life but when I prayed to God, I told him to take my grandpa during the time when I'm already prepared.. God made me realize that if I would demand my grandpa to still fight for his life, he will be just prolonging more the agony.

You are brave and faithful to him my friend... that's a hard decision for sure. To let go of someone you love must be a great pain... yet, if we surrender to him... everything will be fine...

It's because I'm confident enough that my grandfather would be much happier if he'll stay together with God.. I cried hard when I found out about his condition but I have no choice but to deal with it in such a way that my faith to God won't be affected.

Hi Prime. Indeed, the decision you just made is very important and it's the biggest decision you've made in your whole life. I know that you will never regret that you have accepted Him. I've made that very same decision 3 years ago and now I'm continually growing spiritually and living a happy life in His abiding love. I was so blessed upon reading this discussion of yours. May God bless you more!

Thank you Shello. Yes, I am so much blessed for accepting Him in my life. Though our life is full of trouble now and then, but if you have faith in Him, He would not forsake and He will guide you to the light. I am so much happy that you are growing spiritually now and living a happy life in His abiding Love. Though I have some problems now, but my faith in him is still intact. I learned that life is not always happiness and thus problems are naturally occurring. As long as we are alive, problem would not vanish in one side... but if He is in our heart, He would always fuel us to continue kicking. I know for sure that he never want us to face a problem we could not bear----all of then are bearable... and in the end, if we accepted Him fully in our heart, we will be granted with the most precious gift... The gift of eternal life...

Great Shello, so I should not worry of all the trials that I am facing now. Consider it pure joy, oh yes! Praise the Lord... this is exactly true... this trials we encounter in day to day life is just testing our faith. And this is our exam to pass. And this is our lesson to learn so that one day we are complete enough to walk with Christ. Shello, I love this... I know you have so many words of God to share with me...

Yes, our life as a christian is not an easy road to take. We should endure all kinds of problem but in the end if we still chose to be in that long, narrow and difficult road, chosing and living our lives fit by the grace that God has offered to us then a great reward awaits us in heaven and that's the gift of Eternal Life.. So we should not go weary in doing what God teaches us to be right. As James 1:2-4 quoted that "Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever we face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish it's work so that you maybe mature and complete, not lacking anything" we should be strong enough to face those problems for that's only the testing of our faith and thus, it would make us more better and more mature in our walk with Christ.

Hello my name is Sarah and I am going to Hell! Why? I am not a Christian and Everyone tells me Only Christians go to heaven. so I have been ready willing and able to go to hell for about 21 years now. If I Have to be a Christian , I will never make heaven unless I lie to myself And G-d! So to answer your question I don't do anything for Jesus. Sorry. He Knows I am not one of His people. So be it. Ps. So if you need to stop being my friend because you Can't or Shouldn't associate with a happy heathen I will understand.

Thanks Prime. Forgive me if what I said came out harsh. I have been discussing religion with a close friend all day and I just exploded. I believe all religions are true paths to the higher being we Jews and Christians call G-d. I see it this way. He comes down in different forms. each form attracts different people. If they Need Him to be Many G-ds He comes down as such. If He sees others need Him to be stern He comes down as such . If other need A Loving G-d He comes down as Jesus. So All paths lead to the same Being. What pi$$es me off and what got to me today is when people say I have to follow their path or I'll never connect with G-d. That why I started this comment the way I did. If I Have to be Christian I would Never make it. Thanks for not taking my rant personally. I am glad to have you as my friend.

Hi sarah, oh no, I know that we will be friends till the end. I like you for being so honest. No, it's not true. I believe in Jesus because I am a Christian, you don't believe him because you are not... so? There is no problem at all. You know, I do not argue against other religion my friend... Though it's hard to explain but I am respecting other religion, and I will be always respecting of what they claim is true... as what we claimed is true about Jesus too... Debate and argument could hinder better friendship... I do not like that... all I want is understanding and respect... Thus, whatever religion you belong, I understand and respect you...

It's really fine Sarah... and I agree with you, though we believe in so many G-ds, but in the end, all of them would lead to the same Being... And I am so happy to have you as my friend...

I will be glad to receive him in my life and my future family's life. God is the foundation and the center of our life, me and my girlfriend. We may fail at times but in the end we call to him and ask for forgiveness and blessings

Yes, God is amazing and powerful kharl. I have heard many stories about you. There are some husbands unfaithful to their wives, but when they received Jesus, they have realized that a family tight and faithfulness is very rewarding...

When a family is in tight with God and you put God as a center of your relationship then the problem of unfaithfulness has no chance to break into the walls of God's love. His unfailing grace will restore and preserve the wholeness of a family living their life in Christ.
