While I love cooking and realize the importance of good tools, such as excellent pots, I usually use the same few pots over and over. If I had a great and spacious kitchen, I would invest in more pots. My dream is to have an overhead pot rack, or even a wall hanging pot rack, because its easier than having to go into cabinets all the time, but, alas, there is no room in my sadly small kitchen. A few of my pots and pans are of good quality.

Most people wouldn't want true foodservice cookware, because it's not nonstick. Nonstick coatings wouldn't last under the conditions of a professional kitchen--harsh sanitizers and stirring with metal utensils. Foodservice pans are not very expensive; you can get a 12" aluminum frying pan for $12.40 from Food Service Warehouse or a 12" cast iron skillet for $20.03 from the same store. That's very reasonable--all the "gourmet" pans are more expensive. But they're not nonstick, so most people would not want them.

I have a good quality non stick pan whom I love to use. To be honest I am not allowed to use it much because my better half asks me to clean it thoroughly after use. Therefore I prefer to use the normal ones and clean them at my convenience.

My pots and pans are ok, I have had them a really long time, but I would really like a really nice new set, but I can't afford it at the moment. I like the Paula Deen set. They look really nice, especially the deep saute pan.

I have pretty good quality pots and pans. I have thought it would be nice to have the professional ones but can't afford them and don't think we would use all of them all the time. I do have certain ones I use all the time. Same ones. Some are even rusty and I just put foil on it.

I rarely cook, but if I did, it would be out of necessity. And I have a few pots and pans in the kitchen. Most of these I did not buy. I just claimed them as rewards from my 'rewards-club' membership. It beats buying and paying for these stuff.
They look good, and a bit professional-looking!

Hi, hvedra. I have two pots that I use. I have a large pot and a medium sized pot too. I have a large oval baking pan as well. I also have a white baking dish that has a clear glass top to go on it. I do need me at least two more pots. I would like to use what the professionals use, but I would have to be able to afford it.

I love cooking and If you could see my pans they would probably tell you that. They are a well used set that were a wedding present from my family some 10 years ago. I would love ot have an expensive set of professional pans. One oan I would like in particular is that one that can go from the hob and straight into the oven.

pots and pans, I am a green hand and I only fill my stomach. So, I don't care about my cooking tools.
What I do is making my dishes out.
I am a stranger for the society. Maybe later I will ask for good quality pots and pans.
