how many minutes of cardio do u need?

Most of the articles I have read online about the topic recommend about at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday. It doesn't matter how, just long as you get your heart pumping fast for 30 minutes each day.
I used to jog up and down the first 10 floors of our building in the morning to get my cardio fix. Sadly can't find the time to do that now. I do 1 hr tae-bo at least 3x a week to get my heart and muscles pumping.

I do cardio about 5-6 times a week for an hour at a time. I also do weight training 2 days a week for an hour each. I was successfully loosing weight before I started working out by eliminating some bad eating habits but the weight loss was slow. I started working out 5-6 days my weight loss has been much faster. My arms and legs are toned and I think they look hot. I feel so much better and life is so much easier. I am so thankful. I know I am healthier now then ever.
