When I had a computer I had it on a desk in my living room. Now I have a laptop I use it when I am sitting in my armchair. When it is on in use I put it wherever there is space. I love having a laptop because it is so lightweight and mobile.
Where is your computer situated?
Do you have much equipment for your computer like a printer?

Hey maxi! Right now I have my PC set up in my kitchen/office!
I decided that I had a spot in my kitchen to put a computer desk
and got one to fit exactly where I wanted it! So, I have a great
setup in my kitchen! It works out great for me so I can cook
and mylot at the same time!lol Everything fits on it, including
my printer! In fact, I just got a new one that scans, prints
photos from a digital camera and makes copies too! So, I really
have a great office setup! My "computer guy" gave me his old
laptop and is in the process of setting that up for me too! So
I will be able to use that outside in the Summertime! I can't
wait!

Hi!! Before i have laptop, but i sell it and i assembled new desktop for more speed. The advantages of the laptop, you can place it where ever you want, unlike the desktop. My desktop situated beside my bed, when i feel sleep, i easily lay down while surfing and listening music.
Have a nice day!!!!

My computer is in between my dinning room and my living room, and the reason for this is because that is how my house was designed. Seriously, not joking. There is a desk between my living room and my dinning room. I also have a laptop, and that can go anywhere, but it mostly stays in my bedroom.

I have a laptop currently but am planning on building a desktop computer someday down the road when I have the money. At the moment, my computer (and obviously myself) am sitting in my bedroom. I have my laptop on my desk as I type this message. I don't really have much in the way of equipment right now. A 256 MB flash drive is about it.

I have a desktop and I always keep it beside my bed so that I can use it sitting on my bed.I have a laptop too, which is provided to me from the concern, for whom I work for. But I rarely use when I am at home. My computer table is a rotating one or I can also change its direction according to my wish. No,hopefully I don't have a printer.

My computer is situated on my desk in my bedroom. I also have a printer, speakers, and a microphone with it. I kept my old computer in here (my bedroom) when I first got it. I later moved it to the kitchen because I got tired of being back in my bedroom so much. I decided to just keep this computer back here since I have a little dog I keep in the kitchen now. I don't want her to chew on any chords or anything. I don't let her go in any other part of the house since most of it is carpeted. Kathy.

My computer is a desktop, btw. I did consider getting a laptop one time but I was told they weren't all they were cut out to be unless you're going to travel. That was several years ago when I was told that and I wondered if they are more improved now. It seems like so many people like them better now. I think they would be a lot more convenient if you want to use them outside, take them with you when you go out to eat, or travel, for that matter. Kathy.

Hi maxine,
I have a spacial room for my computer, my papers, an old record player and all sorts of odds and ends. It has a gas heater to use in Winter, some book shelves and places to put papers.
I don´t have a printer in this moment. I have had at least 4 of them but gave up. The ink is expensive, the printer starts with problems if you don´t use it everyday and people don´t repair these things anymore. So when I need to type something, I send it to one of my family and go to visit and bring it.. I don´t like laptops because my hands are clumsier everyday and my eyes too. So I´d rather have big machines. That´s part of the reason why I don´t have a cell phone. It seems I´m too old for them
Take care!

The computer that I use the most is a desktop on my desk in the office I have built in my garage. We also have a laptop in our house, which I use sometimes, but never for MyLot. There is also another desktop set up on my wife's desk in our office which I use even less.
We have a fair bit of equipment connected to our computer network. Both of the desktops have speakers, there is also a small multi function printer/scanner/copier connected which we only use for scanning and copying. We have a large laser printer connected for all of our printing needs.
There is another printer connected to the network which is a label printer so that we can design and print our own labels for the products that we sell. Then of course we have the router which allows our laptop in the house to connect wirelessly to this network. I also have a web-cam and microphone connected to my desktop so that I can video chat to friends and family wherever they are in the world for free through Skype.

When my husband and I bought our house, we decided that we wanted to convert the smallest bedroom in the house into an office, so we both have desks in the office and our two desktop computers are set up on our desks. I have a lot of peripherals for my computer like a printer, scanner, and also a tablet for graphic design. I don't keep those things hooked up constantly because I don't use them all the time. I also have a laptop, but I don't typically use that at home, I save that for when I need a computer and I am away from home.

yeah i understand you. when all the gadgets are sitting right beside each other sometimes one only should be used as other might be using the other gadgets other people in the house will not be happy if you are doing your thing while they are busy theirs. but in my room my computer just right after the tv. we do use it at the same time. but i don't use the computer to listen to music as it will make noise same time with the tv. i just normally use it to browse the web. that's it.

Most of the time my laptop is in my bedroom. I don't have to move it in another place, because I have another laptop in the living-room. I just have a microphone and a webcam. I don't have a printer at home because I seldom need to print out anything when I am at home.

My computer is primarily situated in my bedroom because I live in a one-bedroom apartment and I do not have any room to place my desktop. My bedroom is the safe place for my desktop to not be exposed by burglars that may be living around the apartment complex area. I keep my doors lock at all times day and night. I have a corded telephone, an old all-in-one printer that only copy, fax, and scan documents, and a printer that is made by the same company as my computer.

Our PC is in a room adjoining the bedroom and we also have some of our other things in that room. We used to have a printer earlier, but it was mot much useful, so we discarded it after a few years.

I have a laptop which I use all over the house. I have wireless so I don't take it out and about much. Funny how many people DON'T have wireless. I do not have a printer or anything attached to the laptop system. Sometimes I wish I did but I don't really have the room for one and don't really have the use for one that often.
