With the emergence of IPL,the perspective of cricket has been entirely changed.Players are more fond of earning $$ than on performing at the field. Most of the players dont play the sport as they used to say 5 yrs back(leaving aside legends like Sachin Tendulkar,Sanath Jaisuriya,Kallis,Anil Kumble, etc). In the year 2011 we'll be having IPL,T-20 WC,n the 50 over WC.Seeing so much cricket throughout the year affects the joy peaople used to have in watching cricket.Wont this affect the overall future of the sport?Whats ur take?

I don't think so.. because IPL is a very successive tournament.. and it gave a platform to newly batsman.. where they can performs well and attracts selectors concentration on them.. for international game.. so it is a very successive tournament.. have a nice day and keep mylotting always..

I agree with ur views that IPL is giving way to young talent but at the same time the audiences will start moving away with this........I think +ves and -ves on every issue........The +ves ain't many in this case.

I dont think so. i think IPL is giving great oppertunities for home players to earn money for playing their favourite sports.More and more domestic talent is coming up and shining.
