now i know there's nothing really interesting about this discussion..
i just feel like sharing..
this year has been extra weird for the family..
first, lola's (grandmother) getting weak..which is unusual since she's just as strong as a teenager..
next would be my aunt's health problem..
see my aunt never got married because she took real good care of me and my sister..
and i guess the not-having-a-hubby thing made her sick..
i love her..i deeply and sincerely do.. and i feel really weak and useless to see her in the hospital..
today she sent a message to my sister, saying that she's thankful i attended to her needs tonight and enumerated the things we did..
and i just feel so happy yet devastated to know that those things would be all that i can do for her..i how wish there could be more..
to my dearest tata..
i want to take good care of you as you did to me since i was born..
i dont want you getting sick..i dont want to see you weak..
i just want you to be healthy and full of energy..
i love you tata..

I am sorry that your grandmother is getting weaker and your aunt is not feeling well. I hope you continue to do all you can for the both of them. Your aunt sounds like a good woman to devote so much time to yourself and your sister. I am sure you both appreciate and love her very much.
I grew up with my parents and also my grandparents raising me. I went to live with my grandparents when I was in High School.

hey.. :) thanks for your response somecowgirl.. :) appreciate it big time..
you know, my aunt's doing really great now. she had her radiation therapy that lasted for 28 days=28 sessions.. so now, she's cancer free! thank you Lord!
everything seems to be back to normal..but the thing is..my grandmother passed away..
i miss her so much..but i know she's in a better place, a better situation..and i bet she's back to her strong self again.. :) that's good enough for me..
