I don't have a laptop yet so I use my PC at my desk both from home and work. I think that even after I have one I shall still prefer sitting at my desk rather than on the sofa to myLot - but that's an individual choice I guess,

does it hurts you or you feel as fresh as you are dear friend?

No it doesn't hurt. I now that if I sit too long it is not good for my ankles but that even concerns sitting in a plane or a bus. I must move every now and then and not stay sitting down for too long.

I use my laptop on a pc desk with a good pillow behind my back. I find that if I sit too long without moving around I get really stiff and sore. I try to make it a habit to get up once an hour to walk around and take a break. That also clears your head a little bit. Hope that helps!

I use a laptop, and it is on a table that has wheels on it as I sit in my easy chair and I can wheel the table right up to my chair so I can sit back, as if I sit forward, my back really starts aching, so I certainly do need to keep it supported. The table I am using, can be tilted, but I don't do that, as I have a chill mat under it, and the laptop would fall to the floor, so I have to keep it level. It is okay though, as I can still post, as I have it real close to me. I just move it when I get up to get food and put it back towards my chair when I am ready to work on it again. I do have a desktop as well, but I prefer using my laptop, so I can watch television while I am in mylot. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

i am using my lap top. I just prefer my lap top because i can take it anywhere i want, i don't need to just sit at the desk all day. I do understand about the pains though. I get pains in my back and shoulders as well. Try stopping every once in a while to stretch out those muscles which are hurting, this might help a little.
