OK so i ordered my daughter a bedroom set, one of those loft beds. According to the tracking i should have recieved it 3 days before i did, it kept saying undeliverable, which didnt make any sense seeings how i was home all day each day that week knowing it was coming, i mean really i did not leave the house so trust me i know these guys NEVER showed up!
But thats not even the whats up with that part! Ok so the delivery guy shows up FINALLY. i am sitting on the porch having a cigerette when this scrawny i mean im telling you this guy was a toothpick walks up to me and says i have a delivery for you. im all yay finally. He heads back to the truck, and pulls out the dolly im watching him turn red in the face and straining so badly trying to get the box out of the truck, fianlly he gets it over to me and attempts t lift it off the dolly onto the porch. He then asks can i just slide it over to you and you slide it into the house. Sure why not im a fairly bigger women and i have some upper body strength, as im struggling with this box, i happen to look down the driveway and i see him loading to the best of is ability another box same size. i get the box in by the time he starts heading back, we did the same thing with this box on getting it into the house. I get ready expecting to have to sgn for something when he is waddling over with a box literally twice the size as the first two! hes broken a sweat by now and panting horribly. He looks at me and i look at the box there is no way i can get this one in by slinding it across the kitchen floor. He doesnt even ask instad he tips the dolly over slamming the box on the porch so hard that it spilt open on the side then he is pulling and pushing until after about 10 mintues he gets it into the room and says i hope this is where you need it because its too heavy to move, then walked outside, i expected him to come back with my delivery slip and what not but nope he just took off.
Now really i understand that he didnt mean to spilt the package and my items werent damaged so i didnt complin to the company about that, however i did complain that all 3 boxes said team lift on them and they were all ranged from 110lbs- 157lbs. this poor guy proabbaly weighed 120!! The guy on the other end said that they all had to pass a physical test and that he was sure that his man could have handled the job.. UM YA with a partner or something! seriously!

One time I ordered a package via Fedex and when it came, the delivery guy got out of his truck, walked up to the front of my yard, and threw the semi-small package on my porch, which hit my door and damaged the box significantly. The product was not damaged though. And here's what's even more disappointing: When I called Fedex to complain, they said "We are sorry, but there's nothing we can do if your product was not protected by Shipping Insurance." And then I said "Oh so, if we don't purchase Shipping Insurance, then you tell all your Fedex guys to throw the packages on the porch. You'll never see me using Fedex again". And she said, "Well, I'm sorry to hear that. He's not supposed to do that," and she kept repeating her and I just hung up. I now use only USPS and UPS for shipping, Fedex sucks!
