How do you stream MP3's on your radio station?

I use Ubroadcast.com to play music. And, the sound comes out like it sounds that someone is holding a microphone to the speakers. I want the sound to come out as if you were just listining to the actual video. So, I want it to come out clear, and in stereo. Way back, Ubroadcast had a station manager which allowed people to do that, but now they got rid of it. And, I need to know because a lot of people complain. Anyone know of any programs I could use or how I can improve quality? Thanks
