I have been an online freelancer for 2 years and I have a lot of money saved in my paypal account. But I have a lot of issues with paypal. I want to switch into a different online bank. I want to know if what's the best online bank.

i have 4 online payment processor accounts at the moment which is paypal, alertpay, perfectmoney, and liberty reserve. actually, it's all depending on your needs before choosing an online processor. not all merchants or person accepts paypal/alertpay/perfectmoney/libertyreserve/etc only. that's also one of the reason why i ended up with 4 online processors.
alertpay works great to replace paypal because it is almost the same with paypal if you compare their features. perfect money is also good because they pay monthly interest to you based on your balance in the account. but they are not commonly used out there.

Hi.. thank you for the info.. I have already registered to epassporte and it showed this message:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In order to complete the sign up process, you will need to receive an initial transfer of at least US $5.00 from another ePassporte Account Holder. Simply provide the sender with your ePassporte User ID to complete the transaction. ePassporte will deduct an activation fee of US $5.00 from your account balance once you recieved funds.

What should I do now?

Alertpay - anytime...anyday!!! They have recently introduced credit card withdrawal. If you keep getting lot of money then this $5 for a transaction shouldn't bother you too much. You can add any master or visa card to your account. they also support American express but at the moment there is a stop on that. So go for alertpay, hassle FREE.
