Girls i need you help!irregular menstruation going on

Hi girls... Why do irregular menstruation happens? like in my case i have irregular menses like for 2 months im regular then the next moth im not having any period at all the the following month i will have it or it would be so delayed like 3 weeks delayed!? do you experience this also? im tired of going to my OB to be checked.

Does one of your family encounter this problem too? it is possible that happen to you if it is so. or maybe you hav eto eat some health food that can help you to get normal menstruation.

thanks for the response...im eating healthy foods as far as i know...idont eat junk foods and doesn't drink sodas at all...is it really possible for this condition to be hereditary?

my sister encounter this problem too, because my aunt has her menstruation irregular too. don't you worry if it is going like this. I think it is normal. but maybe you just a little hard to get a baby when you were marriage in future.

it happens sometimes relax give it some time it ll get better
