If someone gave you a drum from Africa, would you be scared of anthrax?

f you received a drum from Africa, would you be scared of anthrax? Personally I'm not, and I was very surprised to find that there are actually places to fumigate them before importing, just in case... I had a friend who was told by her family to bring some back, but fumigated first! To be honest, I think anthrax is just as likely elsewhere! What are your thoughts?
