Has anyone had any luck or bad experiences with cash gifting?

My fried introduced me to cash gifting a few weeks ago and I've been looking into it but getting mixed reviews online. I was wondering if anyone has had good or bad experiences with these types of programs. Thanks for the info.

I'm surprised you've seen mixed reviews. Here's what the FTC has to say on the subject: www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/alerts/alt056.shtm Did you notice how many times the word "illegal" shows up on the page?

Thanks for the link, I was about 90% against trying this since I've seen more bad than good things about this idea. The link you posted just pushed me over the edge, doesn't hurt to all the info before making a decision.

Hi bobcFla, I haven't tried it either, it doesn't completely convince me. Although I'm taking part of some other type of schemes where I don't actually risk anything and, whether it works or not, I'll soon find out because it has some potential benefit. Hi there, I'm not going forward with it at this time, too much negative reviews for my taste. I haven't received your friend request as of yet will accept quickly though when I do. Thanks again.
