Okay, well some people are sporty, some not, but for every person I think there has to be at least one sport they enjoy. I used to do more sports when I was younger, in middle school, I used to play on a soccer team, do martial arts, and run around with friends more. I was more sporty overall. Then in high school last two years I wasn't really sporty for some reason, and I had lost that competitive spark in me. But then this year I joined martial arts again, and am doing dancing as well, and I'm SO happy because I've found that spark again to be competitive, and actually Love playing sports in gym now! This winter I started to learn to snowboard, and I bike and run more often. It's great, I can't believe I was missing out so much.
So, what sports do you love? Have you ever had the same experience as me?

Hi wigima,
When I was young, I am very active in sports. I love to play football (soccer), badminton and sepak takraw. I also represent my school in inter school sport carnival. I joined athletic like 800m and 1,500m run.
When I was in collage, I also play football and softball (we do not have baseball though). It is just for fun and for exercise purpose only. I do play badminton sometimes with my friends. It is much cheaper to rent the playing court in collage then outside. It is only RM0.50 (USD1=RM3.50) during that time but if you go outside the collage they will charge RM5.00 per hour for badminton court.
Now, I just do some jogging when I had my free time and sometimes play badminton. I spend most of my time online looking for some green paper.

I use to play badminton those early days. However I always lost to my opponent and I gave up with playing more of it. As of now I only play chess. It's a game full of romance with all the unexpected piece sacrifices and three queens on the board.

The only sport I watch is NFL football. I have been watching since I was 3 years old. I grew up watching The Steelers and Cowboys battling it out. I am a die hard Steeler fan. My number one team for the past 10 years have been The Indianapolis Colts. I love Peyton Manning he is the best I have ever seen. And he will be back in The Super Bowl next year and this time The Colts will not be denied. Peyton will be on a mission. Have to give my last shout out to my other fav Manning Eli and those Giants. I can't wait for Peyton and Eli to go head to head in The Super Bowl or as I call it The Manning Bowl.

I was an avid soccer player throughout my childhood and adolescence. I never participated in club soccer, but I was active in both the community league and my high school soccer team. I went to a rather small high school, so my freshman year they didn't even have a girls soccer team. I still wanted to play soccer though, so I joined the boys soccer team. That was definitely a learning experience. I was one of three girls on the boys soccer team, and we were automatically listed on the junior varsity team.
The coach of the junior varsity team was a new coach that was only here for the season. He was from Ghana (he actually knew Freddie Adu's family) and he had experience doing soccer seminars in Great Britain. Phil was an interesting person, but he NEVER played the girls. Our season was spent slaving away during the practices with everyone else, but our games were spent on the bench. During the entire soccer season my playing time during games probably added up to about 1 game's equivalent.
I was not discouraged by this, and instead looked forward to the incorporation of a girls soccer team at my high during my second year of high school. I played for the girls team each of my remaining years at high school, and was a starting player for every game, every year.
I am now in college, and would like to play intramural soccer. I work for the intramurals office on campus, and ref soccer and ump softball. Since I ref soccer, i would get fewer hours if I tried to also play soccer. Instead I ref soccer, and try to enjoy passing the ball around with the other refs in between games.

soccer is my favorite sport and will always be! during my schooldays i used to play soccer everyday after school. in fact, i was one of the best players in our school. i played the game regularly for almost a decade. but after leaving school and going to college, i couldn't play much. but sometimes i do play whenever i get the opportunity. but now it's been quite a few years since i last played. but still i'd love to play if i get the opportunity. i follow the game and its players keenly on tv and watch games. my favorite team as a country is Brazil, and Manchester United as a club. i'm so excited because the world cup is starting soon!

I was a varsity player in Cultural High School in my high school years and enjoy playing it until now. I play billiards as well. Wanted to play professional but do not have time to do so lately.
