Need advies about wedsite development.....

HI Friends......
I am decide to start an software Software firm.I have also collect some information,but it is only 10%.My aim is to develop web applications and websites for the customer.The main problems is from where did i found the clients.Now I'm in India and i have no connections in out side to meet the clients.Another one is what are procedures that I have done before the company started.....
Hope many friends will help me in their own experience.....

Your not ready to spend big bucks means you just get some freelancing projects and earn some money. Without spending a decent amount and time you cant get a big projects. Start as small and aim big. All the best

Well I have been searching for freelance people to help me with this, however it is seem like it is not as simple as the price is on the high side for a young start up. However I think I might be able to get something out of it.
Perhaps next time I would be able to engage your company in future project.

Hey, i suggest you look on the freelance sites such as, Scriptlance.com
It is one of the best portals for software developpers where they get jobs.
