It rained this afternoon here in our place. It lasted only for maybe 30 minutes. But it was still hot.
I hope more rain will come. Our water sources here are slowly drying up. Plants are withering and more animals are dying. When was the last time it rained in your place?

Im currently living in the Netherlands, and i would love if it rained during night and the sun shined during the day :) But that is more of a dream.
I will send some prayers for you to get the water resources filled back up again :)

Well I guess that was something like a small portion of the rains coming from the typhoon that passed through our Philippine are of responsibility. But it did hit us by land so I think it might just be some kind of excess rain that came in to your place. I am from Manila and the last time it rained in here was last Sunday. It rained for about an hour but as you have said it, it still was hot and humid in here. I think rains would not be possible until the end of June as Pagasa has predicted it to be. The occassional rains are just not enough to fill the parched lands of the farms and even our dams.
So by the end of June perhaps we have to braced for strong rains in there and too much water.

It rained here where I live last night. It was a light rain shower. But it rained earlier in the week here too. The rain shower that happened earlier this week was a lot bigger storm. A whole lot of rain. It's weird to have snow one week, then rain and sunshine right after that.

Global warming it is. The El nino phenomenon is I think worldwide. Even the North and South Poles are losing some icebergs because of it. Let's hope those melted icebergs won't swell the oceans up so much. Maybe some islands would drown out if that happens.

I hope it will rain and the storm should come to our land. This is the time when people would be happy of a storm :)

You're in Philippines right? Where exactly?
GAAH. It didn't rain here in Mandaluyong :| Sucks, I am wishing for more rain. The problem is it gets hotter after a "short rain". Ohwell, it's summer, what more can we ask for. Haha.

Yeah, I'm near Baguio city. It's starting to heat up here, I hate the heat. I can't work much and the sweat,AAAAAHH! I always carry a hanky or a towellete but it gets wet even only in mid-noon, so i carry a pair or more.
Maybe we should do some rain dancing for some time so that rain pours and all our miseries and problems will be soaked.
