census forms

I just pick up a census form at my local library yesterday and intend to fill it out as soon as I get a chance to. There is no excuse for anyone not to fill a census form out because the postage is free. I don't know if any communities will lose out on some funding if people don't fill out a census form but, it has more to do with your representative seat from your district than anything else. If the census is less in your area you may lose a representative seat or if your district has grown you may gain a representative seat.
