Have you ever faked somebody out?

Yesterday I saw a friend of mine back in university. He was my first ever roommate during my freshman year. When we got to talking, I remembered when I got to fake him out once.
I was having a bout of German Measles so I was confined in our room. He already had it, so it was no problem for him staying in the room with me. Our RA agreed that I stayed in the room, instead of going to a hospital, as long as I stayed within closed doors.
Three days in, I was already feeling better, and I was bored out of mind in the room. Note that we didn’t have computers and internet then in university dormitories. So, while my roommate was out for a class, I decided to make a ‘mock up’ of me on the bed. I got a sweater and track pants and stuffed it with clothes, I put socks on the feet and gloves on the hand. I proceeded to make a ball for my head, and then laid this figure out on my bed. I just had a an elbow, a knee, and a feet sticking out to make it realistic. And then I went out. It was such a sunny day, that I spent it on a park!
Anyway, when my roommate came back, he thought I was just sleeping. I guess after a few hours he noticed that I wasn’t moving. He tried to talk to me and I wasn’t responding. He panicked and called the RA to try and revive me. Let’s just say I came back exactly when both guys were trying to shake my figure trying to wake me up.
Me and the RA had a good laugh. My roommate didn’t.
So, have you done something similar? Have you ever faked someone out? What prank have you played with your friends and family?

In a house that is always full of teenage boys, that is always going on, the only thing that changes is the method and the victims. Most recently one of the boys found that his car had been completely wrapped in saran wrap, it took the rest of his buddies two hours and 8 rolls of wrap. glad they didn't pick on the guy that drives the pickup!
I once laced all their shoulder pads together with their belts.

I've worked in shipping once. And with saran wrap. Once my supervisor pissed me off, and I thought of the same thing. I wanted to wrap his precious mini of a car. Didn't realize that it would have taken that long. And I would have needed help.
Same idea, but not as a practical joke, more of revenge in my case.
Thanks J.
