I am honestly confessed, I can not keep a consistency routine. I vowed to lose weight a week ago, and I only keep on exercise for a couple of days, then I felt like quitting already. After work, I felt so tired, then I told myself, why not take a break for the day.
On the opposite, my next door neighbor consistent on jogging around the community every day morning, even it is raining. I admired her even more, she has get up 5:00 A.M. in the morning, and sometimes, it is really chilly out there. I wonder if I could do it for a month without quitting.
I guess, I don't have a strong will, or strong desire to accomplish something. I always quit in half way or at the beginning. How should we practice on a stronger will in daily life?

You are not alone. I'm with you haha. I used to do my sit ups as well but after 2 weeks I quit. I myself dont know how to make a good routine and how to make it consistent.

Yes, its all the will power and the painful at our heart to achieve something facing all hurdles. Well even am not very consistent or rather much focussed. I give up half way out of laziness and tired. But you what, with great will power, when we achieve what we aimed, the immense satisfaction on our achievement is one of the our greatest asset of life!

Oh no. It's hard. My wife and I decided to be vegetarians. We only take salads or anything without meat. It was my way of supporting her in dealing and getting rid of those love handles -- but there are times we sneaked in and fed ourselves with chicken. We love chicken as well so it was very hard.
But since our system got used to with salad/veggies -- couple slices of chicken are enough unlike before when we both could eat up one whole chicken just the two of us. LOLZ.

To be honest with you, sometimes I'm very trifler..For example, last month I vowed to do physical exercises and I was sure that there was no chance to give up but I actually did it...One morning I got up and remembered that I must do my daily exercises but at that moment I told myself "Come on...,do it another time, not now. It's better to stay in the bed".So I did it..I preferred to stay in the bed instead of doing any exercises.Up to now I put off my trainings which is pity..

I'm the same way, especially with working out. I always give up after such a short time.
That said, I know that giving up after a day or two is completely ridiculous. As you get in shape, exercising actually starts to energize you, not wear you out. If you stick to it for a while, you actually end up more tired on the days when you don't exercise!
